Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of receiving your order for an exchange.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we will not be able to accept returns unless the item is incorrect, damaged or faulty when delivered to you. Please reach us via email magizhmerakicopper@gmail.com or call / WhatsApp us on +6019 5252 522 so we may assist you. We will request you to share a video recording of the first unpacking of your online order.

If item is ineligible for return and conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back to sender.

Returns must be made within 3 working days from date of notifying us 

1. You are required to share a video recording of the first unpacking of your online order

2. Original conditions (unwashed) and all tags intact, with labels

3. If the return is rejected and sent back to sender, customer will bear the shipping costs. Shipping fee is not refundable

4. Non-returnable category includes colour changes and minor dents/scratches
